Cancellation Policy

We are constantly updating our global cancellation policy to reflect recent events related to COVID-19 and to accommodate any travel or meeting restrictions, suspensions, quarantine or lockdown measures announced by governments around the world. Our goal is to offer you as much flexibility in your visit as possible.

As of July 1, 2020, we have implemented the following updates to our cancellation policy, including some additional clarifications and explanations about existing procedures.

Individual Reservations

For existing reservations made before July 1, 2020 and future reservations, we allow subject to local regulations and variations that may apply to the legal entity of the hotel:

- Free modifications up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Any modification is subject to availability or any difference in price rates.

-Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date, with the following exception:

        ○ This includes reservations made with anticipated purchase rates that are described as non-cancellable

    ○ If a deposit has been paid, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used (possibly in the form of vouchers or credit as required by local regulations) 

Leisure groups, business groups, meetings and events:

For existing and new bookings for groups or meetings and events until August 31, 2020 (or until the end of the meeting restrictions imposed by the national government) we allow the following, subject to local regulations and variations that may apply to the hotel legal entity:

- Free modifications subject to availability or any difference in price rates 

- Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the arrival date if the meeting or event cannot be rescheduled to a later date.  

    ○ If a deposit has been paid for an existing reservation, we will refund the amount less expenses incurred, so that the client can redeem it on the same type of reservation until June 30, 2021, or until a date that is required by local regulations. If you cannot redeem it, we will refund the amount after your credit expires 

Guests are advised to contact our front desk phone for urgent reservations (travel within the next 72 hours) or to modify or cancel their reservation made through our website.

Guests who booked through online travel agents or other travel professionals should contact their reservation provider to make any adjustments.
